Inside - squeaky clean. Sorry. I promise I was being creative last night and working in my sketchbook journal. Pictures to follow in another post. What you can see is a book that just arrived. One that I pre-ordered. It's by an artist that I've just discovered and am quite excited by. She paints very loosely and with lots of drips. (Sound familiar to those who know my stuff?) So where I have been calling myself a grungy painter - it might actually be 'expressive and loose.' Nah. Think I'll always be grunge.
Outside at my messy desk - the declutter continues. There's a pile of books where I'm pruning my shelves. A pile of magazines that have been sorted - these ones are keepers to be put away...
My zombie doll has also made her way outside. I'll finish her one of these days. Then she can eat Barbie's head as a treat.
Well, believe it or not this is me trying to keep my post as short and sweet as possible. I'm going to link up with Julia. If you'd like a rummage through some creative desks, studio's, floor spaces... head on over with me. I can promise a veritable snoop fest.

Blimey, where is the real Carmen and what have you done with her???? LOL. That's one tidy desk and decluttering session going on there. Mind you, I love doing the same, seeing the end result is just the best bit! Loved seeing the pic of you by the Tardis - you're looking gorgeous :)

OK, so maybe i need some coffee this morning, but, when I saw the thumbnail image in my google reader for your post, I thought, at first, that the painting in your top pic was of Jesus. I was kind of, 'huh, that's not what I expected.' :-) now that I've payed closer attention, it's not Jesus and it's beautiful. (Not that Jesus couldn't have been awesome too....I mean...umm.....I'll stop tying now........)

It can be very satisfying to change things up and declutter. It's funny how just organizing something differently or having something more visible can spark your creativity. So is the CS on or off??? missed you hugely, I still have your ATC, which went to kent and came back with me - vain hope that I could hand delivery it and catch you in - ha haha - never set foot outside lizzies craft room except to go to class!!!! and next time dagnamit we will do coffee, I also want your watercolour book (draped nonchalantly over the desk to specifically taunt me)... , and Cameron needs to get her skinny ass to art college...
